First off thank you for choosing us for your item I really appreciate all the support and love I get from everyone.

I wanted to put some general rules/information out there just so that you guys are able to uunderstand what the process is and how I choose to do things for my business.

When it comes to any custom designs there are a few things I will need from you in order to create or make your item that you are looking to get.

• The first being the name or text of what you would like. (Mainly for keychains or Vinyl labels).
• Second I will need to double check with you whether the design you sent through and how I am creating match what you thought it would be and how you would like it to be.
• I will also need either a PDF or PNG of the design you would like to do. (T-shirt designs / any apparel) or one day sublimation.

Some more basic information is that I am also working a full time job, meaning that I can only create / make your items once I am home. I do understand that this may not be ideal to many people however these are just somethings that I have to do in the situation I am in.

I will definitely try and get the orders out as soon as possible once I have received them. I will be doing batch shipments when it comes to sending out orders, meaning I will be taking the to the office to be sent every second or third day depending on the quantity that comes in. If I can see that you need it urgent or if you send me an email saying you need it earlier I will definitely try and accommodate as much as I can within my capabilities and control.
